Participation & submission of work for Media Showcase:
i. Participants (individuals/organizations) can submit up to 3 videos (not longer than 5 mins each)
ii. Please name your work in the following format: Participant_Category_Title _Duration, for example: DUMC_Chur_Mission2Myanma r_3m30s
iii. Categories include Church, Corporate, Community Message & Misc (Abbreviations: Chur, Corp, Comm, Misc)
iv. MPEG-2 format is preferred with minimum size of 720 x 576
v. Work is to be submitted in a DVD (any other medium will also be accepted, however, may not be returned)
vi. Submission deadline is 15 March 2010 by hand or post, addressed to;

Note::
1) Only 20 videos will be selected and played back on Media Showcase Night, based on the following aspects:
i. Creativity & originality
ii. Technical strength
iii. Message-delivery
2) A spokesperson is to be pre-assigned from each production team to give an up to 5 mins testimony about each selected video.
